A store operations platform grown from necessity, not spec. Tera started as a price-history tracker for a friend's shop and grew into a self-hosted system for sales, stock, cash, and staff access — now running in production across his stores.

Problem

A local retail store was struggling with manual sales tracking and a fragmented workflow. They needed a lightweight, high-performance alternative to bloated enterprise POS systems that could run seamlessly on a tablet.

The Problem

  • Manual Bottlenecks: Sales and orders were logged by hand, leading to human error.
  • Zero Visibility: The owner couldn't track daily revenue or order statuses in real-time.
  • Poor UX: Existing tools were too complex for quick, "on-the-floor" tablet use.

The Solution

RetailFlow: A bespoke, fullstack management hub. I engineered a tablet-optimized dashboard that centralizes live order tracking, revenue analytics, and product management into a single, high-speed interface.
